WFTV Channel 9 included Bcenter's June Hive of Hope meeting in its '9 Family Connection' news segment which aired during both the daybreak and noon newscasts.

During the event, in celebration of National Stroke Awareness Month, William Hammesfahr, M.D., who practices at The Villages Neurology and is praised for his focus on enhancing recovery for patients affected by stroke, brain injury and learning disabilities, served as a guest speaker. Dr. Hammesfahr offered insight into his unique treatment approach, discussed secondary-stroke prevention, and facilitated an interactive Q&A session. WATCH THE VIDEO HERE.
