Nearly every week, one of Valerie Greene's programs near and dear to her heart is visiting her fellow stroke survivors while they are in the hospital. She recalls when she was once laying in a hospital bed – scared and unsure what to expect , she was visited by someone who had also had a stroke and gave her great hope.
